Due to an update, the partial mini-update included that Midas was controlling (or in this case, playing around) the Storm. Plus, there’s been an extra detail noting that a tempest like Armor is shown on display at the Rig in one of the rooms in the Control room.

The reason the circles were over the water is because it was giving us a hint on the new season. Lots of water.. Season 3 Water themed. Ever thought about that?
