#steamdeckgameplay REAL WORLD Gameplay - Fortnite RELOAD Zero Build with Epic graphics, this time via DirectX 12 on Steam Deck LCD, via a Windows 10 partition on the internal SSD.
So we went in full force here (without any cooling mods, and no custom power etc), just to see what would happen. No your internet isn't stuttering, its a bit of a mess with Epic settings at 120fps, just as expected, and was unplayable (but funny) to be honest. Even once I looted up to load in the nearby assets - the input lag was hard to even move around let alone battle. These graphics are better suited for PVE modes to be honest, but was a fun little test!
We cut out the connecting screen - battle bus section as we had one of those load in late moments, and loaded in already gliding down. Direct X 12 is definitely the way to go, especially if you have any cooling mods or accessories.
Running on a clean install of Windows 10, no debloating, no custom stuff - just a Windows 10 install on the SSD, the standard drivers supplied by Valve, Steam Deck tools and on battery power in this video.
The Fortnite skin is Chun Li from Street Fighter.
