Not only that, Pyro likely _Told_ them to "let Heavy know"... Which makes their interactions much more heartwarming in hindsight. They weren't "Stealing his Banana because they were hungry", they took the banana to bring Heavy to his deceased friend, because that was his last request!

Interestingly enough, if we follow what Spy had told us about the "Tenth Class", also known as "Madcap", It means Madcap murdered most of the surviving personal, as well as Chef Pyro. It may mean that Madcap has either found his armor... Or him acting Meek is simply a facade to trick people into letting their guard down... And that he was always a deranged lunatic that sought power for himself. The fact that Chef Pyro knew he was going to die, and that his Lollichop can be found on the ground, implies that Chef Pyro realized that the "Meek Scout" was actually Madcap pretending to be a normal scout, and after giving his final request to the Gorilla Mercs, faced off against Madcap... ...While he ultimately failed, he likely managed to injure Madcap in the process... And since the Gorilla Mercs respected Chef Pyro's final wishes, it implies that Chef Pyro fought Madcap to protect _them..._ ...This is likely why Madcap did not return to deal with the Gorilla Mercs... Chef Pyro injured him enough to force him to run and hide like the coward he was... Of course, the other reason he likely never returned, was because Gorilla Soldier likely witnessed Madcap murder the kind Chef Pyro... And flew into such a fury that he gave Madcap a well-deserved beating that struck the fear of _God_ in him.

@@Victor-056 It’s also possible something else killed him. We already saw the wooden mercs were able to shoot so it’s not a stretch that other things can do the same in there. Heck it could have actually been the wooden mercs for all we know.

@@krool5383 Meems (The "Wooden Mercs") don't leave bullet casings, so that means the one who killed the Chef Pyro and all those other people used a Physical Firearm. Madcap is notable for using physical firearms.

He wasn't newly formed yet. He was still in the stage of becoming a Pootis Devil. It was explained in the "The Legendary Pootis Devil", that for a Pootis Devil to be "Complete", they have to absorb all surrounding matter. However, it seems that reminding HFR Heavy of his friendship with Cook Pyro, was what stopped his final transformation into a Pootis Devil... And by remembering the friendship he had, and the joyful days, he no longer needs to become that monster. Now, he is a protector of the world that his dear friend loved.

So the angel heavy is suppose to like prevent the pootis devil from happening as it’s the way to stop the pootis devils influence

@@frasko9191 More like it is what happens when a Fledgling Pootis Devil is made to reconcil with it's grief and trauma. One has to remember HFR Heavy started turning into a Pootis Devil because of trauma from accidentally eating a Spy disguised as a Burger (for some daft reason) and being forced to kill him out of mercy. HFR heavy likely started to think he was a monster, and the more trauma he suffered, the more he considered himself a "Monster", his sole lifeline for much of the time being a cold Food Critic. Eating the Sandvich made him remember the goodwill and humanity he had before the trauma, accepting that what had happened was an accident, and that he _wasn't_ a Monster... Also, it made him remember the good food he enjoyed with his dear friends, and how it was more than just "Reviews" and "being critical about foods". This was likely what allowed him to become the First Known Pootis Angel.

It took Chef Pyro's last goodbye in the form of the sandviches, actually.

Madcap likely infiltrated their ranks and pretended to be a normal scout, only to pick off each member one by one. What is worse is that he likely wasn't wearing his armor at the time... Implying his mentioned "Meek and Cowardly Personality" was in truth, a Facade to trick people into letting their guard down. The fact that Chef Pyro had his Lollichop equipped implies he realized that the Cowardly Scout was in truth, Madcap and tried to face off against him... And considering how much the Gorilla Mercs were respectful of his final request, Chef Pyro likely died to protect them. ...I now wonder... Considering the Gorilla Mercs didn't have Madcap return to finish the job, either it means that Chef Pyro injured Madcap enough to force him to retreat... Or the Gorilla Mercs, likely the Gorilla Soldier, upon seeing their kindly friend Chef Pyro be killed before their very eyes, caused them to go berserk and put the fear of _GOD_ in Madcap? ...I just imagined Madcap gloating at Chef Pyro's dying form, only for Gorilla Soldier or Gorilla Heavy to charge at him with a Roar, grab Madcap by the ankle and then smash him all over the room before chucking him straight out the door...

Well, yeah. It was explained that the transformation into a pootis devil can be stopped if interrupted. We saw that in Blu Team's Restaurant. The thing I'm surprised of is that the pootis devil in the overarching story is a different heavy than the food critic heavy, even though it was heavily implied that they were one and the same.

That might actually work. The pootis angel reverting the pootis devil’s effects had on the mercs whom they entered the portal. Things really are getting exciting!

Idea is great even for a non tf2 related game. Talk to some devs, see if it hasnt been made before, and make an indie project :)

@@mjm5899 I’m sure there’s a game out there that’s very similar to my idea but probably hasn’t gotten a lot of attention, but some games are close enough, like xcom or alien dark descent or whatever games you can think of that fit.

I’m sure some concept has been made or nearly made from my idea. But there is games that are close enough like xcom2 and alien dark descent, their game mechanics would easily fit.
