Hello everyone and welcome back to the series of Forza drag races, and in today's video on Forza Motorsport 7, we have a 4-way Subaru vs Mitsubishi battle, where we take two Subaru Impreza WRX STI's and two Lancer Evolutions MR. And line them up to see which duo is gonna win. Before we do, lets acknowledge these 4 cars, and lets take a look at their specifications.
Lets from the right (car i am driving in this video), and that is the 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Also known as "blob eye". Which is an AWD Sports compact by Subaru. Developed by Subaru's performance division, STi, which is short for Subaru Technica International. Apart from the right hand drive model in Forza, its front-engine is a 2.0L Turbocharged F4, outputting 278 bhp and 290 lb.ft of torque. Weighing at 1483 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission.
Now lets move onto the car standing next to me, and that is the 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR. And it was the eigth generation of the Lancer Evolution series. Replacing the Evolution VII, and similar to its predecessors, it uses a 2.0L Turbocharged I4 which is placed in the front. Producing 277 bhp and 295 lb.ft of torque, weighing at 1410 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission and an AWD train.
Now lets move onto the next car in line and that is the 2005 Subaru Impretza WRX STi. Also known as the "hawk eye", the 2005 WRX STi was the final facelift variant of the second generation WRX STi. Replacing the "blob eye" WRX STi, it is powered by a front-engine which is a 2.0L Turbocharged F4, producing 295 bhp and 311 lb.ft of torque, weighing at just 1594 kg and it uses a 6-Speed Manual Transmission and an AWD train.
Now lets line them all down the straight and find out the outcome.
