In an area around you cause if that's the case than no car would work since most cars engines have many electronic systems even thought they use gas,petrol,diesel as fuel.

5:26 yes, that is completely possible if it's a dirty bomb. but, if your carrying a dirty bomb with that much radiation emission, a "malfunctioning navigation system" is the least of your problems. also, it's kinda a half victory because lotus did the chassis for tesla.
