Toyota Supra goes head-to-head with the Nissan Skyline R34 GTR (both cars are stock) in a drag race in Forza Horizon 4 using the Logitech g920 steering wheel + shifter

Skylines blood line is for circuits,cuz it can accelerate fast after exiting a corner,Supra is not bad on circuit but best on drag racing,cuz of the FR Chassis but both are great on their own way,also RIP Paul Walker who owned this Cars

Supra needs traction control... Cuz the skyline has it so that's probably the reason he lost. And not the mention that r34's pickup is really fast so work on your traction control and you'll be fine

I had a doubt Why do you let go of the gas while shifting? I know that in a real car you would do that and even i used to do that when i started using manual + clutch in forza (on my controller tho) But i realized that when you hold the accell while shifting with manual and clutch, you build up speed much quicker as the speed keeps increasing even when it looks like the engine is over revving during the shift. Its because in forza, when you go manual + clutch it rewards you with that much faster shift to the next gear whereas if you go manual only, the shifts are much slower and it feels like the power is cut off during the shifts which isnt the case for manual + clutch. I know you must already know these things but i just wanted to know if there is a specific reason behind the way you do it. Is it to make it feel more realistic? Or is it something to do with your gearbox/shifter or something? Since with the gearbox i see that you have to go through neutral when shifting from 2-3 (which obviously also happens in real life)

Yes, makes it feel more immersive....at least for me. I do this, and yes it makes races more difficult, but it's fun for me this way.

There is something that call flatshift with proper tuned but it does wear ur clutch more faster and have big possible that ur engine will go boom that sounds likee vroooommmmmmm(shifting) ratattata vroommmmmm 🤣🤣
