This video features the 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro, a car which can be obtained by getting 20 points in the Festival Playlist. It's an okay S2-Class car, decent acceleration and probably the best handling in the whole game in my opinion. While it does have some good things going for it, it sadly doesn't have a high top speed which caps out around 320km/h. It's a good handling car for technical tracks but it will pretty much be left in the dust by any other S2 car. The top speed is ultimately the thing that brings this car down entirely which is sad to see considering how many people were interested in it. I wouldn't recommend it for S2-Class unless you're doing tight technical tracks, any where else it will suffer sadly.

It's a good car handling wise but it's just too slow for S2 Class, this car was nerfed into the ground it seems. Also I suck at S2-Class, don't judge me.🤣

while some people keep telling me its fine and realistic because of drag, I cant get over how the paid dlc track cars still outperform a modern LeMans car, shame

@@shallot4991 I think the AMR Pro was probably nerfed because if it had a decent top speed I think it would genuinely be broken. It's a shame that the car that most people were hyped for turned out to be a little underwhelming.

it's not bad overall with a car that has so much grip, it's difficult to crash.. at some point you were in over-rev, in 4th gear instead of 3rd for better restart, unless the fueling of your 4th gear is too long... and for the penultimate race Dorado sprint on the main line leading to the finish you were in 7th gear instead of 6, which gave you loses no less than +20 km/h and moreover for a car with a limited Vmax, it is imperative to fully exploit its speed ^^ little advice try to know the speed of each gear you will know if you are fully exploiting the speed or not 🙂

Ah I certainly agree with you one. This car truly had great potential but devs had other plans. I found it good when it came to the aspect of grip but top speed isn’t truly its strength. Great driving and amazing gameplay! 😎

If I'm honest I was under the impression it was a powerbuild with how fast it was but it could be grip or speed hacking I wouldn't be surprised at this point, I've met quite a few of them as of late. Maybe they just have a good gaming chair...

I was hyped too, I was hoping it would have better performance than the base Valkyrie but the handling is the only good thing sadly. It's a good car but if it's a high speed track you're often left in the dust the majority of the time.

Thank you, that first race I should've lost to be honest but given how aggressive that race was I'm glad I managed to get a podium at least. I'm not used to racing in S2 but I'm happy overall with the results. 👍

I think the PI system should be retweaked as well, I had a suspicion that this car was going to be a bit iffy the moment I saw the car was stuck at S2 998. You can't really do much to it sadly.

@@C1-Runner yeah, there isn’t much. no engine swap, weight reduction. It had to be detuned from it’s 1000hp to 800hp to even fit in the class, and the downforce isn’t as high as Motorsport. I just hope the next installment of the horizon series implements the Motorsport pi system cuz there’s nothing they can do about it in 5.

It is a good car but for online it's kinda meh. I hate that it's stuck at 998 because you can't really do much on it to solve the problem it has. In terms of handling it's probably the best handling car in the game I think aside from the BTTB and BT62.

@@Lada-cq2lr Most of the well known tuners I know have AWD swapped this, I haven't seen a lot of people use the RWD. Some people on reddit were saying it's got some sort of snap oversteer with that drivetrain. It's a shame you can't really do much to it.

Guys, try it with drift compound and awd. It has so much grip it doesn`t even feel it if u change it to drift. And with that and the 1000 horses its quite competitive as well.

When you realize that the irl development of this car was literally taking their current F1 car and tweaking it to make it street legal, its' in game performance makes alot more sense. Highly maneuverability and on-rails traction is the name of the game, not brute strength.

I guess in terms of performance it makes sense but according to some articles it can reach a top speed of 400km/h. Though for Forza I'm assuming they had to put the restrictor plate on it so it can stay in S2 class. It's not a bad car by any means, probably the best handling car for S2 Class but the low top speed means it will always be outdone on higher speed tracks.

@@C1-Runner Oh I'd certainly agree, although i'd take 400m/h with a grain of salt because pretty much everything in the modern hypercar sphere can go that speed or faster. As for Forza specifically, that actually makes perfect sense and I like how they made that where they detuned the car and let the aero remain unchanged, and more importantly imo, they let you tune all elements of the car without requiring any upgrades that would push it out of S2.

They nerfed it, it was supposed to have 1000hp but they nerfed it down to 800 because if the stock already comes with 1000hp, the car would be sitting in X class bone stock without having to add in any mods. I'm just sad that this car is only good for tight corners and twisty maps.

I was actually a bit hyped up for this car when it was announced, I thought perhaps it would be a good contender against the Brabham but sadly the PI messed this car up a lot. It's not a bad car per say but it could have been so much more. 😥

i swear dude, i will be in a brabham racing my ass off and i will hear that damn v12 so far away and as it gets close, i get fking scared but ill still win or finish ahead of the AMR but no car has ever made me fear like the AMR

When it comes to overall performance the Brabham pretty much beats the AMR hands down but I feel the AMR has better handling overall. On technical tracks it would have a chance imo.

@@C1-Runner I tried with the AMR but nothing can beat the brabham, its a grip god, even the CCGT feels slightly slippery. It just sucks that brabham doesn't have top speed becuz the AMR will give it a fright becuz I almost got overtook by one on one of those street races which the final sector ends with the highway but luckily it was storm

You can put drift tires on and put on some heavy rims to reduce PI so you can take off the restrictor plate but you really have to limit yourself with parts. I have attempted it but haven't tested it.

When it comes to dirt racing I'm not really a fan of it if I'm honest, especially S2 Dirt. I avoid that class because I already struggle with S2 in general.

Forza PI did this car dirty sadly, it could have been a good meta car but it being S2 998 stock really weighed it down performance wise.

You mean the one in the first race? To be honest I didn't notice anything off at the time, I wouldn't be surprised at this point if everyone in these lobbies are using hacks or gravity multipliers. It could be some sort of powerbuild but I wouldn't know since I never delve into S2.

In terms of handling it's probably the best S2 handling car in the entire game, despite the drawbacks you can still have fun with it. Technical tracks is where it shines.
