New year, and unfortunately new cheaters in FH5 Open Racing...
This guy doesn't even try to hide his speedhacks and gravity multiplier cheats at all
Sidenote: There seems to have been an explosion of cheaters in Open Racing since around Christmas (I've seen more reports from friends about cheaters than the entire past year combined), which coincides with the release of a new cheat tool and I guess a bunch of stupid kids getting this game as a holiday gift...

Thats what happens when they cross platform games. Console games and pc versions should never be mixed. .

I've observed some suspicious instances like these while playing Custom S2 races in Horizon Open. I can't definitively say they were cheating, there was a player with an exceptionally fast McLaren F1 GT. I tried looking for comparable tunes for this specific car, I couldn't find any that matched his speed/handling. It's possible they had a secret tune or were exploiting something but It’s really hard to say when there are people out there cheating like this. This video reminded me of a few more cases in free for all lobbies when I was racing in A class (two guys in the same crew ramming everyone with speedboost and insane downforce on their cars) Then there's the issue of false suspensions and bans. I have had friends who race in Horizon Open reported for ramming, even though they did not intentionally ram anyone. They ended up facing suspension for a few days based on false evidence. Very sad seeing this happening, especially when real cheaters seem to escape consequences.

McLaren F1 GT is a meta powerbuild in S2 class so it could possibly be just that, EGAO no HANA has a good tune for it if you want to try

This guy has been reported numerous times, no action has been taken from PG, I am wondering if they have ever banned someone for using speed/grip hack online?

Well of course they haven't taken any action: all he's doing is hacking and sabotaging online races. Now, if he was doing something truly terrible, such as gaining new cars early, or making too much in-game money too quickly, he'd have been banned ages ago.

I have the fastest Honda CRX in the game for B class races. Ranked 43 in the world and majority of people ahead of me have impossible times. I wouldn't even make it to the first check point. So when I'm in an online race and can't even finish the race in time and get a DNF I know for a fact people are cheating. I can beat second place by 10 - 15 seconds if they are not one of the top players in the world.

It's kinda of hypocritical of xbox game studios and turn 10 they are quick to ban someone with a modded account but people who use these cheats which are PC players nothing and they wonder why so many people have modded accounts it's cause of the top 50-40 players in the world play dirty and even then a modded account you still have no chance of beating these people! Lol

I dont see how hes cheating...? Ramming players isnt cheating, that just makes them a salty player. should they get kicked and 1 week banned? yes. is it cheating? no

If you don't see how his random sudden insane bursts of speed and taking corners at the speeds of an F1 car are suspicious at all, then idk what to tell you
