Idk man, i feel like that minefield was more RNG than anything else, given that the contestants had no prior knowledge of it (?)... I definitely feel bad for Mars in this one, not sure if a race like this should feature something that is so luck dependant.

Even though the weight on the Durango went up, the power to weight ratio was still improved.

I feel bad for Mars man, he's the winner in my heart because he was absolutely screwed over by Forza physics and terrible luck. He was crushing the race until he was stopped by something he couldn't control. I hope there's a second chance or redemption round so he gets a chance again. It really hurt to see him lose like that. Congratulations to Houki for a great race, but I really feel bad for Mars.

oh and to spoil it for everyone since i watched the last section. the next car build you guys have to do is for rally cross. since the stadium area is sometimes busy with rally cross built cars. dont get mad at me nick. I know much more about automotive performance than you do. and I'm American. Idk the exact class limit but since most of the builds are A to S class. its safe to assume what the next class limit is First Race: S1 820 Second Race: A class 737 Third race: A class 724 so to understand this. the races will all be A to S1 class. since the next race I predict and know is rally cross. Lets assume the class limit for it is above A724 but below S1 820. I assume the class limit is gonna be A class 745 or 750

don't know how I feel about these being luck based, I don't mind the anticutting of the jumps and stuff, but the 50:50 of the bigger jumps was straight up unfair. Also really sad to see Mars done dirty like that

Big heavy SUV and low torque V12 isn't the best combo for offroad I wouldn't think. I betcha the stock engine modded to that PI level would perform better. That is an awesome track tho. The mine field blows the AI minds and it's game over from there.

Bro the normal Durango motor built would of been better then that v12. The normal v8 has way better torque which I feel is better for offroad.

I the dodge Durango, I'm sorry for saying this, was a terrible choice. I'm only 6 minutes in and if I were in that stream, I would've said no. It's starting off at what... 4800 lbs? To make it faster, you needed a ton of weight reduction. Tossing in the V12 is a good choice, but keeping it in the specified class is really hard. If you kept the stock engine and upgraded things around it, you might have had a better time in those corners.
