I really want a map that grows over time, so the map never gets repetitive

Top 3 things I want: Progression: I wanna start in a old slow D class car, and not be able to win a Ferrari FXX in my first wheel spin. I think wheel spins should be based on your current Progress Map: I want it to be set in Japan And the third thing I want is passive income to come back. I thought it was a awesome idea in FH4 being able to own your own business and make money. Idk why they decided to not have it return for FH5

Honestly my biggest wish for FH 6 is those small details that comes with certain cars (roof, switching 4wd to 2wd, eco mode normal mode and sport mode etc.) like in tdu

We need a progression system close to how FH1 was. Doesn’t have to be exactly like that, but starting out with slow cars and working our way up to the better classes/licenses would be so much better. An actual story like FH1 would be pretty cool to have too.

I miss the first couple games. I want to feel a sense of progression and rivalry, like Darius Flynt and those types where you feel satisfaction from beating them and actually have a story to work through that makes you feel like youve earned your progession and praise as opposed to open the game, have a fast car, and just have a bunch of races at your disposal right away and are already a superstar, it gets boring after an hour... Also it would be super cool to be able to link your Spotify or Apple music account to the game so you can have the choice to enjoy your own music or use the in game radio stations.

Regardless of what the location is, I hope they include more twisty roada that are fun and challenging to drive on. FH5’s rally expansion was a step in the right direction.

Something I would really love when it comes to barn finds in FH6 is being able to not just find the car on my own without the help of the car's general location being pinpointed on a map (and instead being given a clue of where it may be), but what I would also love is being able to load my barn find onto a tow truck I can actually keep and repairing the vehicle myself, without the help or guidance of an NPC. I think it would also be cool to get a new barn find at least every other update in new locations across the map to better incentivize players to explore the map.

I have so many wishes for FH6, cant list all of them but heres some of them: - More customisation options, for example custom lights, custom exhaust pipes and interior customisation - More normal and everyday cars like the Tsuru which could be tuned to some amazing sleepers - Hazard lights, blinkers, traffic lights, parking areas, car meets - More aggressive and louder sounds, different pops and bangs - I dont know about the location, but the map should be big and dense and it would be cool if the map would expand as you play the game forward. Big amounts of snow would be a really nice feature to see, like in one season per series or in a certain area in the map cause it would make the driving very different and funny.

Progression I definitely agree with, we've had FH4 and FH5 where we essentially are the superstar so to have that return to working your way up would be nice :) I think having the wristband/ranking system unlocking outposts, or perhaps even unlocking map expansions, as you level up would be cool as well

My ideas: Used car dealer: you can buy cars that are found in playlists and autoshow and, for example, every week you will find a very rare car that'll only be available for a day or two and you can view the car quality and depending on the condition can be cheap or expensive and youd need to repair a very poor condition car. Denser traffic in urban areas Car Shows: you can enter a weekly car show and enter your car into a competition, whether it be bodywork, paintjobs, tuning etc and you can view and vote on other peoples cars and you win prizes for entering or winning. Interior Customisation Pink Slips My idea of barn find: you get the rumour of a car, you go there, you open it up and you find some parts, the mechanic does some research and you have to find the parts for that car, whether it be locating the parts in a specific area or buying it off the market, once you have the parts you can get the option to rebuild the car yourself or let the mechanics do it themselves. Track Days: you compete in like a 10 minute endurance race to win credits and there are like a couple tracks around the map and the track day changes every 3 days with different lengths of race. Petrol Stations and fuel/charge depletion Shopping centres with car parks Indicators Electrification on petrol powered cars Car Museum: you can view your cars in a museum you can buy where you can learn the history of your cars and you can earn money from visits by the public. Time Attacks: a Goodwood FOS style mode where you race to get the quickest time. "Forzafilm": a place where you can make movies featuring your car and you can get likes for your film. Make your own radio station.

Going back on the music festival thing, I think a drive in theatre would be pretty awesome ngl

I’d love to see interactive garages and houses like Nick said. Those were awesome in The Crew and TDU. Gives cars an added sense of value. Also really want to see more race cars in the game. My favourites in FH5 are the rally cars and GT style cars we got. So fun. Definitely want a more immersive, more realistic and less cringey story. Totally agree with Nick’s stance of progression I think the map would benefit from an actual racing track. Properly done, not at a festival site with cones everywhere. It would be so cool if they implemented a real life track to the location. For instance, having Hockenheim it it’s based in Germany. Open paddocks and pit lanes and all that, would be great fun in online free roam. More elevation, more twisty roads like the Rally expansion and a more visually interesting landscape would be cool.

What I want the most is the ability to customise your interior, like let’s say your making a S2000 into a rally car. I wish they added a way to put a digital speedometer, wheel, gear shifter. All of that. Thoughts?

I'd like to see more players in the city with all kinds of activities instead of the current situation where it's like a ghost town and you can't see a single person for half a day.

I feel like Scandinavia or just Europe in general would be very cool cause it pretty big and diverse a lot of highways and big city’s and small towns, airports, docks. And so on

An addition to the barn find idea. What if you have to find an engine or other components elsewhere around the map, so you aren't just finding one thing and that's that. Some other things I'd like; -A focus on slower more normal cars. Having hundreds of thousand horsepower supercars is great (some of my favorite cars are e.g; the Cerbera, and Nio), but I want to be able to use more normal cars to be able to compare them, or even build them up to be as fast as the supercars. If I can't race my 68hp hatchback irl, why can't I in Horizon? The Rally Adventure map was great because you could drive slower cars, and the roads were that challenging, they still felt blisteringly quick. 300mph is absurdly quick on a motorway, but 80mph can be scary fun around a good track (especially in bonnet/1st person cam). Let there be D/C class races online, and let the tracks make them fun. -From that previous point, make some of the roads narrower. It'll make them more challenging to drive along, they'll feel faster in the slower cars, and they'll feel more satisfying to get right. Ensure there are areas where the hypercars and racecars (also worth adding because we've been teased with a few of those) can stretch their legs, but also some narrow twisty sections for touge or rally. -A PI rebalance. I can't be the only one who's tired of 'the meta', right? I want to see variety, and I want to know that if the game says my car is equal to another, it is. -A point I know you will agree with well. Full customization on everything. Give the giant pickup trucks drift suspension, let me make a front wheel drive lambo for a giggle, and I will happily accept EV's if you'd stop locking the gearing and drivetrain. -A smaller nitpick, but the ability to toggle the amount of tyre smoke for races. In drifting, very cool. In racing, it looks like the car at the front is suffering an engine fire, and nobody behind them can see. I could be in my Mercedes racing truck, and I still won't be above the smokeshow from the person infront.

For car customization i think being able to change the tire sidewall profile would be awesome since thick tires just make everything looks instantly better, also having a wider variety of wheel (engine) spacers because on some cars they are just way too agressive making them just look stupid (also just having them on every car i think its a crime that the e36 doesent even have any), being able to get every car closer to the ground since ride height on some cars at their lowest is still pretty high (240z etc), making rally tires more aggressive looking and the same for semi slicks. Also being able to add rally lights to every car would be kinda cool. (Devs please add the bbs fi-r to the game i beg)

My wishlist for fh6 honestly hits alot of the same notes as you`ve mentioned, but maybe a bit nuanced... My main thing is a propor career/ progression system, where you start in an underpowered shitbox (preferably something older that would be a realistic first car, or at least a good project car), and slowly make your way up the ranks, and into faster cars. I would like an element of car building, and I would like to ke most of the events to have various themes and restrictions, to encourage building up a varied collection, and encouraging the use of more cars. I never gave the barn finds too much thought, but I think it would indeed be dope if we`re only given a clue (and maybe a pretty vague photo), and than it`s up to us to find the car. I think it would be dope if finding the car were just the first step to unlocking the car, with a small series of horizon story style missions than being required before the car can be claimed (ranging from getting parts to fix the car, to finding people who knows about that particular car`s story and complete one or a few challanges related to that type of car, in order to gain their trust/ respect so they can help you out, or even doing a final shakedown of the car before it`s ready to be claimed). This new barn find system could tie into the career mode pretty well, with the hint being unlocked by reaching certain milestones in the career, and finding the car and complete the NG it`s quest line unlocking either new event types (like drag, drift, time attack, ect, depending on the car) or by unlocking special events (showcase events, one make events, or historic events, for example) In terms of the map, I want the map to be larger (at least 2x the size, but 50% more map would already be good), and I especially want more elevation (via mountains) , steeper and twister roads, and more of them. I also want a highway that loops around the entire map with instead of just going across the middle, with one part being twister, and another being really streight and flat. I also want both seasons and snow to make a return, but I have a proposal regarding snow that would probably be controversial, but I think would work really well, and would fit my idea for a map with alot of elevation changes really well... I would love for there to permanently be snow on one portion of the map (the higher altitude bits), and as the seasons change, the snow would spread to lower altitudes, but the more southern and lower altitude parts of the map (assuming the selected location is in the northern hemisphere) would never actually see snow. The map would have maybe 1/4 to 1/3 snow coverage in the hot months, and no more than 2/3 snow coverage in the winter. The main roads in the permanently snow covered area would be mostly snow and ice free in the warm seasons, but as the seasons Change to fall than winter, snow and black ice start to form, especially on the secondary roads. Roads lower down in areas that only get snow during winter maintain a decent amount of grip, similar to wet asphalt, with snow and ice only showing up on the road sporadically, thanks to less severe snowfall, temperatures that aren`t as cold as higher up, and a council that prioritizes keeping the roads clean in these parts of the map. The final 1/2 to 1/3 of the map would remain snow free, so that those who hate snow aren`t completely tuned of from the game for a whole week I would also like a deeper customisation system, with more visual and customisation parts, the ability to tune intake, exhaust, and blowoff valve noises, and the ability to tune the ECU by messing with fueling, ignition timing and boost pressure, whether as part of the car tuning menu, or as something you only get to do at the workshop (with dyno runs), or at least the ability to do some basic ECU tuning to favor low end torque, high end power, or somewhere in the middle. I would gladly see the car list cut in half, if we`re given more interesting and in depth customisation options for each, and the older models are redone to a modern quality standard Finally, I want the houses to actually serve a purpose, either by having limited garage slots per house and the need to buy more houses to part more cars (like in TDU), or at least the ability to have a certain number of cars on display per house, and the ability to walk around and look at the cars on display with my friends. Making houses and festivals act as hub worlds of sorts where you can access all the various options would be cool too

You could even incorporate barn finds into progression like for example the Nissan drift one he described, the guy who helps you fix it could unlock drift zones and drift stories

Something that would be cool is interactive repairs on vehicles from barn finds where you have to do a mini-game or unscrew something. A gas station would be cool too. Turning signals and rolling windows up and down is also a cool idea.

Would like to see car meets back like you said. Like a cars and coffee type thing maybe that happens on a certain day of the week.

Larger city environments with peak traffic hours, some dedicated race track environments where players could enter a racetrack which wasn't simply a rope on a public road. Something with a proper pit garage area, service area and an automatic lap timer similar to an open track day event. fuel and tire wear, where you would have to refuel at a gas station or charge point, and if you ran out of fuel you'd have to pay for a tow.

For progression, I would accept something similar to FH1 where races had a class requirement (or even vehicle requirements similar to how playlist championships work) and you unlocked the higher tier races as you progressed. Maybe once you win these races, you unlock the "uncapped" version of the race where you can choose any car you want. Maybe the method to unlocking the next tier of races can be a special race event just to add some variety. Like maybe in order to unlock C class you have to beat a showcase event featuring a C class car, or maybe a 1-on-1 midnight battle. Hell, who says it has to be a race? Maybe to unlock A class you have to find a barn find and that car acts as your starter car? Progression is good and all, but there needs to be variety within the progression to keep it fresh and interesting.

i really want spec races, like you can only use compact cars and street level upgrades

I wish that Playground games would implement a trading system where can trade cars with other players like what they have in Pokemon. And it would be cool if you can customize the interior of your car like add a custom steering wheel, seats, some gages, add neon to the interior.

Personally I live in South Africa so I would recommend South Africa as a place with all those areas you mentioned and with the snow the roads can be covered in snow but it should be sunny like in fh5 ❤

Image a game mode called “traffic jam” where you have to weave in and out of multiple lanes of heavy traffic where you can either race other people of have to beat a time to a finish line/check point.

2:05 I totally agree, gimmie a normal boring VW Passat or Audi A4 or Ford Fiesta or something to start in. I loved those slow "normal" cars in FM4. I don't want just an Audi RS6 or BMW M5 etc. Gimmie a 520i Touring or Audi A6 Allroad for example that I can modify and tune and engine swap how I want, THAT'S what I want.

The map location is very debatable. Although there are quite a few countries which (I personally think) would suit a Forza Horizon game. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, South Africa, or maybe even Africa as a whole. I'm very excited to see what they come up with.

1: Don't make it like Forza Motorsport. 2: More Mopars and Pontiacs (classics specifically, maybe some station wagons, too) 3: Full blown race tracks you can drive to. Not just an airstrip with a Tree or weird roads with terrible boundaries. 4: Put the game in either Japan or Canada. Hell, take it a step further and put it in Alaska. 5. More tuning options when it comes to ride height. For example, look at the tuning system in No Limit Drag Racing 2. 6. Like you said, branded tires with logos.

I'd really like dealerships like in TDU. If you want to purchase a new car, you have to locate the dealership on the map and drive to it. Once there, you can walk around, browse the different models and pick options like trim levels, interior & exterior colors and factory wheels. How about taking things like clothing & horns off the wheelspins? That kind of stuff should be for purchase rather than used to waste a spin. Just like car dealerships, these items should be available at actual shops on the map. The one thing I really want in car customization is the ability to configure the rear wings like you can in GT7. The standard FORZA wings simply don't look good on the majority of the cars.

Hear me out, for car customization, engine placement so we can choose to have it front engine, front mid, rear mid, and rear engines for weight distribution and have a cosmetic change for each one

About some of the points you talked about: about progression, I think it depends on how it's going to be implemented and if it is, it has to be done well and like, I don't think it's bad for you to have a Corvette with a bodykit at the beginning, but I think it has more to do with how the progression will unfold, because I think you could have the option to start as a multimillionaire or a simple guy who wants to "evolve" and among these realities, have the common lifestyle between them and connect with the festival. another point is about barn find, I like the idea of having "expert mechanics", but for me I think it's very NFS, but I don't think the idea is bad. about location, I think Japan will be very welcome to be the location for the next horizon , mainly because it is a country with very dense cities and this I think has to be the focus for horizon 6, as practically all of them were very inland, without large cities (except for FH3), but of course without abandoning the rural, with the addition of the famous Japanese mountains and with a bonus, about new game modes, there could be the addition of touge, in a style very similar to what was done with Grid 2.

They need a lot more visual customization as well especially for old-school cars. Every old-school muscle car has the exact same three options for the hood

I think one way they could introduce your character into FH6 during the intro, they could do a prologue piece of your character in FH5 doing the hyping up like what the past Horizon games have done. But, once the hype introduction it done, the camera could pan out from a television, with your actual FH6 character getting all excited in participating in the Horizon in his/her home/hotel. From there your new character would whiz by to the parking lot, forgetting which car they had picked, and before the character presses on the key fob to see which car responds, camera pans to the 3 starter cars, aka D or C class... For car customisation. They could try do a system where you buy said vehicle as a base model. And as you upgrade, you go through various trim levels of the car. That could expand for players who like to build a specific trim level. Location-wise, I kinda said it on a BlackPanthaa vid, but I'll slap it on here. I feel that Forza Horizon is practically overdue for a location in Asia, considering they have covered North America, Europe, and Oceania. What location in Asia would fit in? Not sure. They could go for something in South East Asia, but you'll lose out on snow, unless you want to do a fictional take on Mount Kinabalu or something (snow does occur there, but very rarely). Japan is a fan favourite, of course. It could work well, narrow roads for drifting or rally, both tarmac and dirt, you could make a fictional sandy location to represent Tottori sand dunes, or plop on the Tokyo Expressway for those that want the Wangan Midnight feel. The Eliminator might be the only case to suffer due to lack of open plain spaces since Japan leans a lot on elevation changes. South Korea could be a good choice as well, since the western region has good amount of plains for Eliminator. Taiwan is also a good competitor with decent amount of plains and mountains. But of course, Taiwan has a different reason why it might not be picked. I wonder what other Asian nations could be picked as potential choices for the next Horizon...

I want Forza horizon 3 style drivatar convoys where ai follow with you if you beep at them. Great for offline cruising and photos, adds atmosphere as well.

I would LOVE the ability to favorite different wheels like you can with the cars. There's about half as many wheel options as there are cars in the game which is an insane amount. But having to back out of the venues to look at another group of wheels to see which one looks better is annoying. Being able to favorite and filter out a selected amount of wheels so your only looking at ones you like would be so helpful. As for cars, the first gen hellcat is outdated. We need a widebody redeye and maybe even some more 2005-2015 gen muscle cars like the mustangs and comarros and chargers.

I always thought it will be cool if Forza Horizon have chill and rpg-esque features. Stuff like being a chaffeur/taxi driver, with points based on driving style and car comfort (since I feel like luxury car doesn't really have a specific purpose in the game.) Also being a delivery driver.

I wish in forza horizon 6, friends could hope in your car with you or the other way around, but yeah it would be nice to see your friends driving or seeing if you would want that car

I don't know how you would pull it off, without just having the entire world as the map, but I would love something like Forza Horizon Motorsport. Open world like FH is now, but the races you do are all at actual tracks, be they permanent circuits, street circuits, rally stages, things like that.

I want PR stunts to have it for each race class so we aren’t just using our x class cars every time and can try to get the best stunt car for the class like the seasonal challenges

I just hope the new location doesn't again have large portion of map beeing desert sand. That would be the 3rd time there's sand on the map (FH1, FH3, FH5) and if you want to count sand dunes near the castle house on the coast in FH4, the 4th time. Scandinavia would be an interesting chance of pace regarding the maps on Horzion games

we need a JDM dlc that takes place in japan or small parts of japans touge passes or at least have a drift dlc doesnt have to be jdm aslong as it has good touge passes that adds onto the original map like how some other games do....and love your barn find idea m8. sounds sick

I’d love for there to be a career mode, where you have a car-related career eg mechanic, engineer, pit crew etc and you earn money by that and also doing races. You then buy a house and live a dream life with a choice of where the festival would be….that would be cool

7:17 I actually can agree with if the map is Singapore because of our point of interest being the Merlion, Marina bay sands , botanic Gardens and more but for the past months of FH6 predictions is always Tokyo japan and tbh its good to have Tokyo in it as its a popular place and we get to do car meets like Fast and Furious. Las Vegas also can be a good point of interest even with Los Angeles or New York.

To improve on the car meets, i want an option to buy cars at a car meet if someone has a really rare car and they wanna sell it to their freind without getting sniped by an indian

Most of the Playground Games devs left and formed Maverick Games studio. Not sure what this means for the Horizon franchise, particularly looking at the launch disaster of Turn10's FM debacle.

My wish list 1. Spectator mode - When you enter the initial event menu, where you normally see Solo/Rivals/Create Route/etc, there will be the option to spectate. This will put you track side to watch a race that is currently happening in real time or switch between different preset camera angles. 2. Passengers - Along with Nick's idea of allowing people to walk around, what if you could get into the passenger's seat of your friends car and let them drive you around. This could introduce a whole new role playing element to the game. 3. More granular visual customizations - from customizing the interior to painting each wheel a different color. These are just 2 examples of the many things the devs could potentially do.

I think H6 will be in Scandinavia, based on the very loose pattern of Horizon locations alternating between taking place outside Europe then inside Europe.

I think it would be cool if you could change the time of day in free roam, so if you just wanted to cruise at night you could, or you could have more light if you wanted. But they should definitely keep the option for a day night cycle too.

Most important thing is to have steering wheel turn atleast 270 degrees like in TCM

for the barn finds i think the way need for speed payback did derelicts where you had to find the locations of parts of it

This is the third wishlist in a row where I ask for a proper Rock Music station lmfao FH4 came very close but it was nowhere near FH3's DUEL rock stations, Vagrant and Epitaph And FH5's "rock" station was hot garbage. I should clarify 'at launch' because I haven't played the game since last December and apparently the radio in the game's been updated a few times. But my point still stands. I should not have to wait over a year from release for the music in the game to be, well, listenable.

Original Forza Horizon did progression SOOOOO well. different levels of racing that have different NORMAL characters that say snarky things before races, and then you can win one of their cars during street races. it was so good. and the music was awesome.

My biggest wish is that we will finally be able to turn off traffic and drivatars in Horizon solo free roam, it would make everything so much better and easier, like all the pr stunts would be 10 times easier if we could turn them off with a simple setting in the menu, like we can do in Farming simulator 22, yes if a sim game can do it, a simcade can do it :)

I know it will never happen but I would love to see a much more mature setting, horizon festival is just a small part of the map with legal racing events. But on the other hand you got a „normal“ area with much more traffic, cops etc. imagine this with a Lite RPG mechanics.

We were talking about with the boys last week that we are really missing different chassis for cars. For example why I cannot drive a Sedan E46 with a 2.8 I6, or a Touring E39 with a 3.0 diesel

Imagine getting a borla exhaust for a hellcat, especially the ATAK exhaust😩

My FH6 wish list (briefly) So you load in for the first time, you are put into a first person cutscene where they introduce you to the crew members and show you around the new festival site, you are then shown around 3 low level cars for example EK9 Type R (FWD), Nissan 240sx (RWD), Subaru 22b (AWD) and depending which one you choose you can either do Street scene (ek9) like the old midnight battles to unlock rewards and rep points and fans, drift challenges to gain rep and new fans (240sx) or circuit races and drag races (22b) so then we have a purpose depending which car you decide to go for, that way each person has a different experience when starting the game… fast forward a little bit… each time you earn enough rep and fans to level up your wrist band you unlock a new car tier which unlocks a few new cars from the next class like B class cars etc and eventually you work your way up gain enough rep and fans to start to unlock the Supercars and S2 class stuff… each time you unlock a new festival site you have a new “boss” to try and beat in a street race, drift battle or drag race to win their custom vehicle, similar to nfs shift if you remember racing that boss in the Carrera gt to win it it was really hard to do and felt so rewarding when you finally beat them… (to be continued)
