I looked up the plate on the back of hazzaa1995's car at 15:50 and it does belong to a blue 1990 UK MX5 that's been off the road since 2019 (probable because it's 90% rust by now)

are you on Xbox or pc? Cause the crowds are awesome on my pc never played the Xbox version. Maybe they lowered crowds on console? Like they react to the race actually, we were just talking about this two nights ago on digital foundry video. Like if you are near a set of bleachers or stands and they are packed when you drive by if u lose control or make a pass or do anything like that they cheer and shit.. I found out a few weeks ago I got into an accident and went into the wall and the crowd went crazy and my friend watching me laughed and thought that was so cool. he loves the crowds at least on pc think its funny u never have packed races...
