Hi Tom , I have a similar system and underlet the mash also. Having trouble hitting my strike temp. How many degrees over your mash temp do you aim for? Good to see ya back

I usually transfer at 78'c easier to add cold to cool than to try and warm her up. But it sits a degree higher after mashing in so doesn't need a lot of cold to get her cooled if any. 😀

get a male barbed camlock for the transfer into the FV. then you dont have the arms of the female cam to potentially fuckup your batch when transferring

It's all sprayed down with starsan buddy before it goes into the FV. All good 👍🏻
