Sadly yeah. As a former foster child foster parents and group homes can be like this and even worse as well. Been out of foster care when I signed myself out at 19. Im now 22 and have so much trust issues due to my time in the system. There are golden people tho in the system or working in group homes. Its like life in general. You got good. But also bad. Sadly. Background checks cant be performed on personality

Every time I see episodes where parents die, it always reminds me of my own parents, especially my Dad, who I almost lost back in 2016 to a stroke. While they are still alive today, I still can’t help but foresee a very lonely life when both my parents are gone. An earlier reason on why my life has to end soon, and hopefully no later than this Fall. It’s even worse when the foster parent mistreats someone, and is not forgiven for it. Another story that brings me to tears.

I have a little brother, who is adopted, his dad made a good choice because of his habbit, he gave us to him and he's an absolute blessing, I'm not gonna lie I was was resentful but now I trust him more that my own blood, kids need love and patience, he went thru 7 foster homes in 1 year, than we got him, I was to you to understand, but he's is my support system he loves so deeply, me and my dad are alcoholics, but we still love each other, and everyone who gave up on him, screw you he's a great brother, a fantastic brother, I love him so much he is a great guy
