Note:
- The player with the lowest score at the end of the round receives the Silver Bullet and is the start player for the next round
- You can only use the Silver Bullet on your own village and can not place it on a card in an opponents village
- You don't have to use the abilities on the cards, you may you them or can choose not to. We have a house rule where we do use them to keep the game more challenging!
The Story:
Your village has been overrun by savage werewolves, which are represented by the number on each of the cards that make up your village. To get rid of these fanged fiends faster than the neighbouring villages, use your residents' special abilities and your powerful secret weapon: a silver bullet.

Not sure if you guys are aware of this but using the discard ability of a card is optional. When The Count kept showing up in the first round, it sounded like you guys didnt want to keep removing 10 cards from the deck but felt that you had no other choice. If you read the rulebook regarding discarding cards it states that "You MAY use the card's ability". Or you can just discard the card and not use its ability. Also, one card must be face-up in the discard pile before the start of every round.

I think if you have the lowest score when you call for a vote - you score a 0 for the round

Love your videos! This card game is very similar to a game I play with my grandkids, Rat-a-tat Cat by Gamewright. I bought Silver Bullet on your recommendation from another video and also Cabo for my unicorn-loving youngest granddaughter. Thank you for so many wonderful game ideas.

First let me say you two are the best!!! You're now my go to for game info. I also bought this game because of your excellent play & tutorial videos. Finally played last night w bf ‐ you guys were definitely right. Side note...could you possibly make a tutorial & play through for Villainous? You're content on the game convinced me to purchase. Unfortunately I haven't found a great video explaining that keeps our attention - much less makes us want to play!

I told Jeff in Discord today that I just bought this so I am excited to play! On the other hand can I just say that at the beginning when you are setting up your village Jamie fixed her cards to have them all say Silver face up and Jeff didn't. That would drive me nuts! Thanks for the helpful video!

Fun video - thanks for introducing me to this awesome game! But I think you were right the first time - you only get the silver bullet if you successfully call a vote. If you have the lowest score, you just get to go first. The rulebook is really poorly written.

This looks really fun, I have never heard of it. We really enjoy Jaipur for a two player, or even Take 10 which supports 2-10 players, but the 2 player version is nice and relaxing. We also really enjoy The Fox in the Forest and the Crew.

I think the card effects are optional on most cards, so the 10s didnt have to activate. You can just discard only if you want :)

@@FostertheMeeple thanks to your channel i discovered this awesome game!! I have a question though.. the face up village card abilities, i use them once per round now.. think that may be wrong, is it just a one time use? If so cards like #1 may be hard to track because you have to wait some turns before use, its not like as soon as it flips over

I am sorry to ask this here 2 years later, but you guys seem to know rhe game very well: How does the Mortician in Bullet actually works??? I can't, for the life of me, understand how he works.

When it is face up in your village, you can activate it to then, activate another faceup card with the discard symbol on it: Example: you have a mortician and a gremlin faceup in your village. You can activate the mortician to then, activate the gremlins discard ability. (Which would then pass it to an opponent). Hope this helps!

So I thought if you had a card face up and you draw a card and replace it don’t you have to have it face up?

I believe a card only is turned face up by a trigger off another card - not when drawn. But I’d need to check rulebook

@@oldplayer8025 never played Cabo, doesn’t really matter though does it? People can enjoy silver, people can enjoy Cabo, people can enjoy any game they want to enjoy :)
