Foton Tunland V9 Full Size Truck! [Quick Look]
The 2024 Foton Tunland V9 is Foton's full-size truck, along with the Foton Tunland V7. Foton Philippines took us to Changsha City China to see and drive the 2024 Foton Tunland V9, which is Foton's full size truck. In this Filipino car review, we take a quick look at the incoming 20224 Foton Tunland V9 which may be renamed as the 2024 Foton Thunder V9 here in the Philippines. The 2024 Foton Tunland V9 is longer than the Ford Ranger Raptor, while the Foton Tunland V7 is even bigger than the Ford Ranger Raptor and is already the size of the Ford F-150. We can expect to see the 2024 Foton Thunder V9 on Philippine shores by February 2024, when Foton holds their annual Big Show.

It's good that cargo is 800kg. Plus the passengers so total payload may be at 1.1 tons. Towing cap is not quite focused in Ph anyway.

Could have at least mount a 2nd cam for 1stPersonView or windshield view while traversing d track.. Crew has more video exposure than the vehicle they're trying to feature.. Still quiet promising truck from foton..

163 Hp @ 450Nm? isn't that way far behind the competitors who are releasing their units gearing towards 200hp and 500nm? I love the aesthetic upgrades though.

Isn't it a little underpowered? The power figures are for the size of midsized trucks in PH. But this is a full size one. Heavier assumingly.

I agree. Compare to triton that has 201hp and 470nm, GR-S that has 220hp and 550nm, Raptor that has 210hp and 500nm, etc… Tunland is kinda underpowered

This is my number 1 concern. Second would be the availability of their parts … and how accessible it will be for those who will be traveling both north and south of the Philippines.. syempre, may pickup truck ka, u will be using this to go up the mountains for sure…

This All-New Pickup is a mix of Dodge Ram and Ford F150.

They at least tried to make the front not a complete copy of the RAM, mostly just the headlights, a little bit of the Tundra and the front fenders of a Nissan Titan. But the rear is almost a 99.97% copy of the F150. The interior is very nice, but only 170 ps in a full size? Though it's clearly not a full size, especially with the rear passenger's hair touching the headliner. A 6 ft tall man sitting at the rear of a real full size would have many inches to spare.

Bigger. This is a full size truck, F-150 size. GWM Cannon is a midsize.

Hi lods, mga viewers from Visayas and Mindanao prefer English content. Same with OFWs and Balikbayans from abroad. Tagalog is mostly for taga Luzon area only.

@@alexxenjoy Good luck w/ that. We used to own a Foton Thunder and a Foton Van, nung may nasira, sumakit ulo namen sa After sales at sa parts na dapat readily available sa casa dahil local manufacturer lang daw namn yung sasakyan kaya madali makakuha ng parts. 😅 Never again…

Ingat kayo sa pagpappaliwanag. Hindi na kayo makakalabas dyan sa china. Dapat puro d best ang sasabihin nyo. Kahit di maganda ,dapat magandang maganda.
