Fotor online creates an application. It has a few bugs, but surprisedly it is a very nice online tool for photographers and digital artists. I found it most useful for people who are active on social media. Easy to edit and enhance your photos, to make the popup as well as easy to share. Premade templates and photo effects make work snappy.
