My version of the story opinion... There was a prisoner that breaker out of jail and jumped out and did not think about the water and accidentally called and still had his handcuffs and can not swim because of his handcuffs and died sadly and moved a little bit moved dead by the side and while dead... That's my story also we got electrocuted I think and called off...
