Like most people here, I found the lighting effects distracting for the most part. I could see them being used on the best items of the day rather than almost every item. Like an expensive ring or cellphone that still works underwater or GoPros. It has it's place for excitable moments. would work well with your "woo hoo" moments underwater when finding something cool more than for every item. I appreciate attempting new stuff though!

Yep, we appreciate the effort that must have taken Jake, but not a fan of the effects. Besides if people can't see what you're picking up, they need to pay better attention to the video. :D Anyway, keep up the videos and I'll keep smashing those like buttons. The bottle with the knives was probably to try and inflict damage on a group of people, each knife a different one. I saw “I wish p-“ on the note, maybe “I wish pain”? Be careful with spell jars Jake, sometimes they have broken glass, blades, needles, urine and all other sorts of nasties. Love your videos, stay safe! ❤️

It may be voodoo related, but I didn’t want to assume. I’m a practicing pagan and I’ve heard horror stories of “baby witches” trying to curse someone because they have no idea what they’re doing and getting themselves into trouble. Best to bless the ones around those who have done you wrong and let karma sort it out for them. Edit: Binding spells are acceptable under dire circumstances, but every practitioner is different in what they believe is acceptable.

On the bottle with knifes I saw “worthless confessions” “I wish pain” “slow death” “no redemption” I had a look online and it’s supposed to be a hit list, each letter will have a name and an age on them and a reason someone wants the person dead with ‘a piece of them’ like hair or something, I found one a few years ago without the water in so everything inside was in tact but it had a used band aid, a needle and a rope, the letter with it was basically wishing someone would take their own life. I’d definitely be careful though, I’ve heard of people finding anything in them.

1) he didn’t know what it was 2) 2/3 bottles had water in them already therefore the notes would’ve fallen apart no matter what. The only bottle that didn’t have water in it was the 1 that you heard the pop when he opened which was the air releasing & water rushing into it all at the same time.

I'm just going to suggest that when you find stuff like that in a container you should wait until your above water to open it, to get a better chance of being able to read notes and whatever else may be in their Anyway keep up the amazing videos ✌

I just looove your videos. I'm not a huge fan of the new effects, but it doesn't bother me to much 🤷🏻‍♀️. Please be careful with the voodoo jars. They can contain sharp objects, body fluids and (if you believe in things like this) the bad wishes can come up to your life as well. Lots of love from Germany please stay awesome and stay safe ❤ hope your shoulder is okay again and doesn't cause to much trouble.

It's because the wishes they put in the jars (the bad luck, death, ect. for whatever name they put on it) can be copied on you, if you disturb it by opening the lit. That is what I meant :) sorry I'm not native and make it a little complicated sometimes. Hope you have a great day.

Just putting it out there, I liked the effects. Not sure how they would be distracting as they kind of highlight the finds. A lot of people put they disliked them just wanted to say I personally liked them. Keep up the great work.
