What's with that trope anyway? So many stories use knocking someone out like humans are some kind of robots you can turn off by hitting our heads, even though obviously any injury that would make you lose consciousness for any amount of time useful for say, tying you up, would risk serious injuries like brain damage, or internal bleeding, which would make any heroics afterwards nigh impossible.

@@punkuke You find a series of VHS tapes recorded by your wife Mia, and when you put them in a VCR, you play as her, through the grainy TV screen. I think it goes full screen, but all the VHS effects are there, so it’s basically the same as what they did here.

I noticed one particular weakness of our MBH xD he has a damn awful echolocation ^^ the way he scooted around chasing the heartbeats reminded me of a roomba crashing through the kitchen. 😂

I might be making this up accidentally, but for some reason I can vaguely remember him mentioning somewhere that he uses earbuds. It's actually a fairly noticeable 'issue' (highlighted like that because it's not always a direct hinderance versus just an "oops, he missed spooky creaking") in a lot of his videos. He'll often miss sounds unless they occur at a certain volume, and he generally never has a solid grasp of their directionality (like you pointed out). It's definitely caused some major troubles with some of the games he's played before.

I love the logic of this game. instead of giving you an inter-dimensional meat key from a camera to open up a door with a horrible creature behind it, it gives you the key to open up a chest with a crowbar in it, that you then use that to open a door with a horrible creature behind it. 10/10

I believe the secret ending has the monster alongside their companion deciding to be roommates with the victim. Being defeated made them impressed enough to desire friendship. While the person may not be in danger, they have two new guests to deal with.

I dunno. I like the inception angle. But it needs a loooooot more development to pack any punch. Feels like this would have been better suited to a ghost story, a-la 'the ring' style. Or maybe blair witch style. A slower burn with stories within the stories. Like maybe some gemini entertainment multiple sliding doors thing.
