There is high crime too in Orlando. Just few years ago there was shooting and 49 people died from shooting. A highly paid doctor working here from Canada moved back to Canada after that incident. I have seen videos of people moving from bigger cities to Nanital subarb, They buy very low cost land, build home there, grow organic fruits and vegetables. They have nice hilly views, fresh air, and very quiet place to live at low cost.

How much you bought for, how much loan you took, what has been the rental returns so far, the expenses, the occupancy, how much maintenance and repairs, how much oversight was required etc. And then you can give advice on where else one can think of investing in similar properties in Canada.
