That rusted u shaped thing with the bolt on the end is a tow hitch that is usually located on the front of big vehicles like buses, it’s used to pull the vehicle out of areas if it got stuck and can’t move

which definitely wouldn't come off in a crash or by a magnet cuz it's attached directly to the frame, which isn't going to break apart from a fall like that. even a fall from a plane can't break a frame into pieces. it just pancakes the whole vehicle. this guy's videos are scripted as fuck. they just go to a junkyard and buy the shit they put in the water. why would everything they find be some unique thing? most vehicles in water are just regular everyday cars from a drunken night or suicide. and they don't look anything like the stuff he pulls out. they all mostly stay in one piece with maybe a scrunched up front end and blown out windshield from the impact. but rarely a bunch of convenient parts just fall off ready to be plucked by a magnet. if you guys wanna see real water recovery, along with actual stories you can search yourself and verify, and people doing a good deed to the community by helping families find their missing loved ones, go to the adventures with purpose channel. don't give littering clickbaiters engagement.

that metal part with the screw in pin looks like a Shackle, like what it used for a towing chain, or a towing point on a very large vehicle, like a bus or a big truck. buses and trucks often have these hanging from their bumpers or frames so that tow vehicles have a place to attach their winch cables to. That thing that you didn't think belonged to the bus, is windscreen wiper for a large vehicle, like a big truck or a bus. the large vent like thing you found is an engine access panel, those can be found near the rear fender of the bus, depending on the model. it it was a flat nosed bus, then the engine would be in the rear / back of the bus behind the rear axle.
