RCC is more expensive compared to locally available stones. its not recommended to build compound walls with RCC unless its retaining any soil.

Considering the recent floods, you may consider raising it with isolated foundations with higher neck columns.. might be better expensive than back filling and doing it but will serve multiple causes.. you can use the lower level for parking etc

@@Hometechmalayalam but how sir? 2015 il we repolished it. Now again back to previous colour. We are cleaning floor on daily basis. Eniyum polish cheythaal a cash um koodi pokille? Tips vallathum undo? Swayam cheyyaan patiyathe?

ഒരു 25 വർഷം മുമ്പ് നികത്തിയ വയലായിരുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് വീട് വെക്കുമ്പോൾ Belt വാർക്കണ്ടേ? ഒരു 2bhk വീടിന്റെ Belt ന് മാത്രം ഏകദേശം Cost വരും?
