In regards to giving receipts to a donor for no more than 250 cash gift THROUGHOUT the year does the receipt have to be the receipt acquired after making a purchase or you can make a receipt yourself with just the amount received and name of donor?

Great segment as usual Greg, you are a seasoned professional in the arena. However, I would just add when you are shutting down your nonprofit you may be required to file notice with the court or the attorney general's office in some states
