My favorite group of Horsemen together. Even though it wasn't mentioned, at this time it was "4 Horseman, 4 titles." Flair World champ, Windham U.S. champ, Tully and Arn World tag champs.

The Horsemen were hung over doing this promo, but they definitely didn't drink Schaefer or Schaefer Lite the night before. Flair probably didn't even sleep, Arn and Barry maybe got a few hours, and Tully couldn't get dressed quick to make it on time. And it turns out to be one hellava spot! These guys are LEGENDS!

Does anyone have actual clips of the 88 Version of the Wargames? I've seen clips on the Horsemen DVD, but I haven't seen the matches. It's a shame they never made it to the bash tape, but the Tower of Doom did, and the Wargames was 10 times the match that the Tower of Doom was.

In the original three-year run of the Four Horsemen the first version with Ole is my favorite, but the best version is with Barry because he was so talented and versatile. The nucleus of Ric, Arn, and Tully is cemented in stone in pro wrestling history, but hitting on two out of the three (Lex wasn't total garbage) is what makes the Horsemen EPIC!

@sammys70 McMichael was the worst Horseman ever, even worse than Paul Roma. He really brought down the whole image of the group. Malenko was a great wrestler like you said, but he didn't have the personality to get over as a Horseman. If he had Arn Anderson's or Tully Blanchard's mic skills he would have fit in perfectly.
