Four Quadrants of Real Estate Investing - Grant Cardone: How’s this for simplification? If it’s 1 door rent it, if there are many doors, own it. Today I want to tell you the 4 things you must know in every deal. Don’t get confused with all the lingo. All the quadrants matter, don’t get fixated on one of these. When one thing goes down, something else goes up.

These are the 4 quadrants you need to look at in every real estate deal. One is not more important than the rest, they all tie together to make a deal good or bad.

I would suggest a one time fee for this kind off app but imagine the sales possibilities .. GC already has close the sale app it could be integrated into that to add even more value.

What made this show much better than earlier episodes, the callers were screened before putting them on the air. They had their numbers ready to go, so Grant could talk it without getting delayed and sidetracked. I will watch this episode repeatedly.

Mr.G you said you got love the deal, and if you can improve the property it will be better, so does that mean you should find the property which its situation is not good so that it will give you the chance to renovate you got have to love and feel the property which is not good in the existing condition ?

Another great show! My suggestion is that you have the staff put some time into show prep. Have those numbers prepared. Capt Ryan is having a hard time keeping up with your requests for numbers, and I think anyone would at the rate your mind works. If you want deals, have those callers screened and ready to go. In fact, hire a producer. He can get this stuff worked out for you. Your'e like the Simon Bolivar of Real Estate investing. YOU use your skill and talent and experience to glow things right. Thats power. Spread that power around. I think you know what I am talking about.

Mr. Cardone. My question is related to developing an exit strategy. If you have a multi-family property that is achieving a positive cash flow but the IRR is starting to go down, would it be better to exit the deal because of the decreasing IRR, or stay in the deal to keep collecting the positive cash flow. 3 nice things about the one and only UNCLE G... #1 He is REALLY real on his social platforms. Sometimes you get these motivational coaches online who never talk about their mistakes ...but Uncle G from start to finish every video every post every blog there is always something you can learn he keeps it super REAL super RAW and super fresh. He is so entertaining that the tv shows produced in Hollywood need to take notes on him! #2 second thing I love about my rich uncle is he loves backgammon. haha ya you heard right, on his snap chat even on his youtube he be throwing dice cracks me up and I started playing that game and its actually addicting, haha It makes you think wayyy ahead so I can see why he likes it. ill beat you grant one day #3 this one is the most important to me because it shows the true character of Grant and how much he cares about his fans...about 3 months ago, when I used to watch the Crisis News Network every day ( CNN ) I'd hear them say " North Korea this North Korea wants to kill USA North Korea is in striking distance with a Nuke" I was getting so scared to even be alive anymore, like my thought process was off and it was affecting my business! It was hard to stay motivated each day hearing stuff like that so I reached out to my uncle G, on snap chat, and keep in mind this is when Uncle G was on vacation at the snow resort with his family and team snowboarding and finally relaxing. I didnt even for a second think the guy would respond.... I just wanted to vent and get it out of my system because he was like the only mentor in my mind I could talk to about this. I said " Grant...with all these negative threats with countries wanting to kill us, nuke us how do you stay so focused and positive in business and with clients when its hard not to be scared" UNCLE G responds in less than 10 effing minutes!!! I kid you not. I was like shaking when it said " Grants CARDONE IS Typing" and the response he said... was a solid response, it was no two-word response this was genuine, the guy took time away from his family and team and ... read what I said and typed a solid response to a random fan ...what he said has helped me persevere through the negative noise and keep pushing forward in my business. Thanks for everything Grant. You showed me you truly care about me and my success. My goal is to meet you one day and tell you to your face how appreciative I am brotha. You helped me with your youtube motivation, with your books and just your snap chat reply's helping me through tough times.... I hope I win this contest and get to meet you and learn more.
