@@MH_6160 that was a nice apartment in a nice area not even 5 years ago. I was renting a great home in 89123 for $1200. Now it rents for $2300 for the same house no upgrades

I pray this doesn't end up unfinished like old Henderson like The Watermark. Nearly 4 months and no work and we are left with an extremely ugly eyesore. I had hoped that this building would of been condos and not an extremely over priced apts.

Not with Four Season's Properties. LOL. And with being in Henderson, by McDonald Ranch, it's more expensive than even Beverly Hills. Just a 3bed/ 4ba suite starts at $4.3 million.

And the 6% commission will be on the homeownership way. But reverting to what was should stay. Wouldn't disregard the exploit the agents, builders, and lenders are colluding … plus disproportionate local government taxes that exacerbate hardship to unassuming homeowner/s.
