In this episode I'm taking you along as I stay at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort Whistler in Whistler, Canada.
I was upgraded to a Deluxe Mountain View Room with a king bed. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler was built in 2003, however there were some renovations that were completed in 2019.
The rooms feature a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet area, double vanity, L'Occitane amenities, bath tub and shower.
Across from the bathroom, you'll find a walk in closet with ample storage space, safe, iron and umbrellas. This is also where there is a connecting door to the room next door which is perfect for family getaways.
As you enter the room, there is a separate sitting area with fireplace. The room also features a king size bed or can be configured with two twin beds. The sofa also converts into a bed as well.
The bar area features local wines and bottled water that can be purchased, a Nespresso machine, kettle and mini fridge. There is also a lovely balcony area which is great for enjoying the Fall nights with a glass of wine.
The property at the Four Seasons Whistler is beautiful and very well kept. They even have a few spots for the perfect Instagram photo.
I loved the pool facilities here. It features a very unique shaped pool, a wood barrel sauna and three separate outdoor whirlpools. In the Fall and Winter months they even have a towel warmer, that you can grab toasty warm towels from.
Inside each gender specific change room, you'll find a steam room, lockers, washrooms and individual shower areas.
Outside, in one of the courtyards, you'll find “The Camper”, a great place to relax around a fire and enjoy sweet treats in the Summer and Winter months. In the Winter be sure to try the “Tipsy Snowman” drink which pairs great with smores.
It was then time to head downstairs to the newly renovated Braidwood Tavern for dinner. The Four Seasons Whistler offers complementary wine tastings everyday for guests. It also tends to coincide with “Happy Hour”.
I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my dinner here. I tried one of their tasting menus with wine pairings and it was amazing.
A little after dinner, I got changed and took another dip in the pool before calling it a night.
Early the following morning I ordered one of my favourite Fall drinks, a pumpkin spiced latte which came in this super cute moose mug.
If you do stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Whistler, I highly suggest ordering room service and having a “Balcony Breakfast”.
Before checking out, I enjoyed a couple more hours relaxing at the pool area.
I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. The service was impeccable and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Whistler in the future!
