i loved that part. I imagine that, since this cheese is so touchy, that if he doesnt say good night, every night, that the cheese will get upset and turn into cheddar.

The word "köfte" is not a dish specifically. it means just "meatball". There is a lot of types of köfte and they all have different names so.. Kofte is not a traditional turkish dish it's just what "meatball" called in turkish.

I am from Turkey and when we talk about meatballs? Other then my mother always said to do them at home i coudnt hear any thing about it lol .And kaftus? It is köfte:-) and we have more than 10 kind of it. And one of them which named sulu köfte looks so alike . But since you change it I dont mind to say it is from Sweden. But I think at least since eetballs that hugely affect and come to mind by Turkish foods you should say origin come from Turkey but changed to that meatballs. Btw at least Swedish people changed recipe a lot but Greeks still insists ogurt is their food. When even our national drink comes from yogurt ;-) and despite historical says...
@nevergiveupdearfriend7289
@nevergiveupdearfriend7289 5 жыл бұрын
I dont think it is "thousands " but hundereds for sure. You must preserve it cold places tahta times like rivers . In Turkey lots of family do their own yogurt for generation. We have ponty of yoğurt dishes. Even word yoğurt comes from yoğurmak in turkish. It has lots of way to do it like using herbs , nohut or old yoğurt . We still make our kan yoğurt weekly. Delicious!
@iloveyou-pm4tj
@iloveyou-pm4tj 5 жыл бұрын
@array s Yoghurt is a word of turkish origin. It's a derivate of yogur-mak it means to knead, stir, boil or prepare something. And the fact that Turks were nomadic of origin makes it very possible that they made yoghurt to preserve the milk longer and kill bacteria.
