The temperature is still reaching the mid to high 80’s here in Texas so it’s easy to forget that we’re already in the fall season! We love October, not only for the gradual changes in the weather but for one of our favorite holidays. Halloween is huge for our family, both my husband and I grew up where you worked for your candy and came back with garbage bags full! Graycie has taken up the challenge and doesn’t want to stop trick or treating until she’s covered the whole town! (The funny thing is that we don’t even eat that much candy and end up giving most of it away!) Comment below if your family goes crazy for the “Halloween candy hunt” too!
This week's tutorial is a beautiful design inspired by @another_braid on Instagram. This design is not only great for any occasion you can think of but it’s also great for practice. Although there are only four strands, it’s easy to lose track of the pattern because the strands are different sizes. An easy way to get over this is to say the pattern out loud as you do it. Try it a few times before you use it for an event, we’re sure that with a little practice you’ll love it too. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
