FOUR STROKE 50cc SCOOTER WITH STRAIGHT PIPE EXHAUST SYSTEM. LOUDEST EVER?

The stock Honda NSC50 Vision exhaust system on my daughters scooter I felt was a bit too silent. I made a completely open exhaust system of some 19mm tubing and a trombone. The result got way louder than I ever could have imagined!
With this exhaust system one can here the scooter even when it is a kilometer away! And if one revs it a bit at stand still, your ears will hurt. Completely impossible to ride it like this in any kind of populated area. So it turned out to be a "special party exhaust" only.

My scooter 2stroke 50cc runs a 6inch half inch diameter black iron pipe as the exhaust system it’s 110 decibels 10 feet away my neighbors love it

My muffler came off today, my moped is straight pipe hahaha it’s so loud, and I like when I downshift I can hear the pops 😏

All of that noise for something so slow lol. It reminds me of all the clapped out lifted trucks in my area. tune it a bit rich so it'll pop and bang when you let off the throttle.

I have the same scooter but i put a 85cc engine malossi . love your videos , can you do tutorial to put 85cc malossi engine or a engine swap 110cc vision ?

Hi Joe. If it is an NSC50 you mean, I would say yes, but I would not recommend it. If unlucky a little stone or something might find its way into the cylinder. If you want your bike to sound different, try to find a pipe from a scrapped bike and build something around that.

Hi. Except at a Honda dealer you mean? With a bit of luck one can find good used ones at bike "scrap yards". I have also seen used complete engines including transmission and rear wheel for some 100 - 150 Euro. From 150 to 300 Euro one can by new aftermarket systems from Gmax, Malossi and Silent Pro. Search the internet and you will find a bit of everything. The original part number is 18300-GGP-901 or 18300-GGP-D00.

You mean re-map the ECU for the injection? No that was not done since the exhaust became way too loud.

@@hoojiesgarage1542 I have a carbureted 150cc I poked a large hole all the way through the exhaust and I’m very satisfied with how it sounds loud but not too loud, I have a stock 107 main jet and I was curious if you had to re adjust yours, I’m gonna run a 112 jet and see if that helps it from running too lean. Straight pipe is definitely too loud for me but it’s still funny tho that these little motors can be so loud

My daughter's metropolitan goes faster than that and it's a 49cc scooter. You might be doing damage to your scooters engine with that pipe, think it needs back pressure and would probably perform better with stock exhaust or aftermarket.

I absolutely hate loud mopeds. They’re just tiny 50cc bikes that cause nothing but stress to people at home. We have an annoying moped driver who goes out and about in some loud stupid moped but this is different level... I’d go mental if this guy lived in my area. I’d rather hear a loud Honda Civic than a loud moped 😂😂

I have the same problem, sometimes at random hours at night, honking as well, but the moped is so loud that you barely hear the honk.
