Congratulations!! very professional and direct. I am a loyal passenger of some of your routes in Los Angeles, CA. I strongly believe that such routes need a closer look and tune up to run properly again. Such routes are El Sereno/ City Terrace, Pico Union/ Echo Park, Boyle Heights. Punctuality is just a dream by now, buses are junky, and abuses of all kind are striking with boasting impunity. I feel so BAD for you guys

Looks like anti seniority policies are applied, @ least at certain branches (like div 64 in LA), i noted that some branches seem to run totally unsupervised by headquarters. As far as i know, the oldest driver with div 64 is close to 10 yrs, most of the seniors get fired . What gives?
