I like how when Reboot Ben asks about Alien X, he grows two extra fingers so he can have 10.

The whole "Shouting your name is stupid" joke is actually followed up by a joke of the same caliber by Captain Nemesis. "My name's not stupid, although I should probably drop the 'Captain' part. It doesn't really describe me accurately anymore." This could be a reference to how "Ben 10" has way more than 10 aliens and that part of the name is pretty inaccurate.

I don't know if you can count it as a 4th wall joke, but in Heroes United at the start Rex is talking abut getting a theme song and the one he came up is basically a Generator Rex themed version of Classic Ben 10's theme (he literally sings the following: "It started when the nanites went ka-pow upon the scene Transforming all the lifeforms like nothing you've ever seen But there's one lucky hombre that can make them build machines He's Gen Rex." With the OG theme being "It started when an alien device did what it did And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid Now he's got super powers, he's no ordinary kid He's Ben 10!" )

I liked in the Alien X-tinction special. When reboot Ben turns into Heatblast next to the classic Heatblast. He replies with ‘Heatblast is a classic’. Because Heatblast was the first alien Ben ever transformed into.

How could you forget Ben transforming into Cannonbolt during the Highbreed finale? He looks directly in the camera and says “I’m feeling nostalgic.” 😂😂

I'm not sure if this counts, but in the Ultimate Alien episode Prisoner 775 Is Missing when Ben transforms into Wildmutt, Gwen shouts out Wildmutt's name since he can't talk and she says someone had to do it, which was part of a running gag throughout the episode of the trio commenting on how Ben feels the need to say the name of whatever alien he turns into.

There is one that I noticed in the ultimate alien episode called video games Ben jokes about how multiplayer would work in his game and makes a reference by saying the game could clone him which is a reference to protector of earth and alien force (the game not the show) both of those games had multiplayer and player 2 would be a clone of Ben
