This animal executed 5 women. Walked into a bank, laid them on the floor and executed them. The jurors voted 9-3 for death. How did 3 jurors decide he shouldn’t be given the death penalty in this case?

These 3 jurors were not screened appropriately for a death penalty case. Poor job of the justice system. Executions should be automatically death penalty case resolved in one year for implementation!

@@bobdaniel350they were for the prosecution. That’s why it’s fair and impartial…. Otherwise they might walk in an unfair jury. I feel the death sentence was just and should be carried out quickly, because there’s no refuting he did it. We don’t need to support, feed and house criminals, with no regard for human life for the rest of their long ones. We cry about letting others out with a slap on the wrist, but the jails are full of people like him and tax money only goes so far.

This is a good example of how bad education is in Florida. The clerk is reading at about a fourth or fifth grade level. She can’t pronounce words that most people can pronounce in high school. I remember when my uncle moved to Florida for two years. My cousin enrolled in school there. And when they moved back my cousin was two years behind in school and had to be kept back TWO years. Spent two years in Florida and made absolutely no progress.

During Wade Wilson's sentencing the clerk could not pronounce two significant legal words correctly. One wonders what kind of education these clerks had.

@@nancyeaton731 Yes I saw that as well. I doubt it's the only time mispronunciation has occurred, but it's the only time I've seen/heard it occur. "Nervousness" was the reasoning people gave. I'm sure every law clerk is nervous stating the fate of another, but they get their words right, especially because they're stating another's fate.

I thought that in Florida there needs to be an unanimous jury verdict in order for the death penalty to be imposed. In the parkland shooting trial, it was 9 death to 3 life and he got life automatically. Did the laws change in Florida?

Yes they did...now you only need 8 on the jury for a death penalty

Yessir. The law was changed after the parkland trial because they wanted him sentenced to the DP (me too). now only 8 jurors must vote in favor of the DP

Basta! Non si può vivere con le CAM addosso.. Ogni minuto, a letto, in bagno, ovunque, qualunque mezzo, possano usare.. Io non ne posso più, sto male, non vivo più in casa mia, monitorata in auto, in casa, fuori ovunque hanno fatto qualche cosa per monitorare a mia vita. Se scrivi, in casa, loro leggono da sotto o all'esterno..... Un giorno, ha letto una lettera in un posto. Tornata a casa, lei stava raccontando all'esterno, quello che vi era scritto!....... Era una cosa privata.. !.. Come ha fatto a leggerla?.......
