It’s sad this young man had to write text like this but he knew his girl. It’s even sadder that he ask Are you Alive, they communicate a lot and knew each other pretty good. People sometimes feel things he thought the phone died, she was cheating and then ask are you alive. It’s so sad her cousin did this to her, he was probably jealous she had a good boyfriend.

I think people are not given him grace. He maybe saved the case as he immediately noticed the paper evidence wasn't correct, was able to quickly scan the document and he answered directly. He is an honest person too. The latest asked a question At first he said he didn't recall but later clarified his meaning. Seems he's more prepared then the lawyer.
