Dear God! I feel for this family! The same scenario…We lost our boy in Iraq, 2004. He had just turned 18 and enlisted. He was killed covering his platoon as they were escaping an ambush. He was a hero! Time may heal the wound but the pain stays. We were and are still so proud of him! God bless this family!

As a proud Vet 100 years ago back when the Army was unforgiving and lead by powerful men. I worked with the Marines when I came back to the states helping train them to transition to the M1 Tanks. Taking Chance is about something most folks don't know or even consider. How our fallen military men are respected after their death and how they are transported home.

Went to 29 palms for radio school MOS 2500 and got station at Camp Lejeune . I usually check any Marine Corps news. Your loss is our loss. I am sure he was awesome and a great looking marine , should have been on the recruiters poster.
