What a special kid! The way she loves on her mama is beautiful (4:15). She's so focused on her and making sure she's ok. When they first walked into the gym she said, "okay mom, no crying!" And just the little subtleties like rubbing her mom's back shows how she herself is loved on. Tia is just so pure.🥰

Praise to that CEO for staying real, kind, and humble.

Its the little things that can mean so much. A bike for a kid, a meal for a homeless person, a hug for a stranger. Love and compassion, love thy neighbor. Kindness matters.

I’m an uncle and strive to do anything to make my nieces and nephew smile, even if they gang up on me.I know many wish bad things on the person who stole her bike. That’s easy,but I hope that this story stops others from doing harm. None of us are perfect, but we should always strive to be.

Attention Surprise Squad, everytime that I see any segment of Surprise Squad I begin to cry.

I know what it's like to have a sibling that is mentally delayed and has special needs. My sister, who was seven years my senior never progressed mentally past the age of 11 or 12. Life was hard for her, other children teased and picked on her growing up. After my mom passed in 2017, she became my responsibility. I started to give her all the things she wanted but my mom couldn't afford only to find out in 2018 that she had a very aggressive form of cancer. I cared for her until the day she died. I'm glad I had the opportunity to give her things that made her happy. I wish I'd been able to give her more.

Tia and her mom are both so gorgeous. Inside and out,. That is! This is the cutest, sweetest, thing ever! Thank you fox!

Tia is such a blessing. As a child my husband was an Easter Seals Poster Child, I have a special place in my heart for those that work directly with the children and the families. I bet she and her mom have made a pot of good memories on those tricycles!

Adopting a healthy normal child is amazing. But a adopting a child with some kind of sickness is even more amazing. That is the purest heart in the world. Its called unconditional love

I was really touched when I saw this video, and admittedly did some research because I 'had' to know how the family was doing today. I searched this story, and the written piece included the mother's last name, so I of course searched that up on Facebook. Her mother doesn't have that many public photos but of the few ones that I saw, I didn't see Tia. That's when I saw a photo of what appears to be a mantelpiece but could very well be just a shelf. On it is a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, and comments that said things along the lines of "Tia would've loved it." To the left of it I saw what appears to be one of the things that ashes are kept in. I could barely see it but I zoomed in and saw a date. June 15 2018. What I also found when I searched Tia's name was an annual report for a healthcare company. The report was from 2005. On the cover was a photo of young Tia... riding a bike. It was clear from this video that she loved her bike but seeing that photo of her riding one so young really made this video all the more special. I'm really grateful that someone stepped in to get her a new bike after someone stole her old one. As a young person who has a degenerative illness myself, it's my hope that people who watch this video will be inspired into action. That we can be more like the people that we wish to see in the world. God bless those who loved and cherished her. Rest in piece, Tia.
