The mother of Alex Becker, the man killed in St. Paul steps from his home, spoke out against a plea deal for a man who pled guilty to Becker's murder.

This is a very broken system in Minnesota where they give plea deal to murderers. This is where these county attorneys need to be replaced. They help the criminals more than the victims. How do these attorneys sleep at night.

I can’t believe what I was just hearing ! You want to tell a mom whose son was murdered that you can only read her a poem. 😳. That’s insane. Then she proceeds to tell this idiot all the stuff he might be able to do after prison. You could be a dad , a husband , etc ect. What a slap in the face that was 💯

What an absolute joke and an insult to this young man's family. Disgusting..the judge speaking to him as if he was a kid who stold a bicycle. This is an embarrassment for the state.

Every judge must follow a point system that gives them a bracket of years to apply mitigating and aggravating factors, and things that us regular people don’t know! The judge just doesn’t (or isn’t ALLOWED) to just pick any old amount of prison sentence!

Is this stupid judge serious at this time they are not at a funeral home, they are in court to make sure their loved one was murdered in cold blood this judge can chance anything they do it ALL the time. PLEASE I will pray for this family who lost Alex for no reason. And judge GOD will judge you for NOT doing the right thing.....

she doesn't sound like a Christian. But may GOD Almighty cause her to have reason to seek His loving kindness and mercy. He can bring better things and heal the deepest hurts.
