When? All that place has been know for for years is violence. Dozens of instances over the last 5 to 10 years of fights, shootings, theft, etc. It's flooded with black people, mostly radical extremist Somali Muslims. I've only been there a few times but I'll absolutely never go back again because it's not safe. You can walk around the entire place and only ever see 2 or 3 police officers or security in the entire place. Every store I go in there is a group of black people yelling at and arguing with and trying to intimidate the cashier because they're all falsely trying to act like they were treated unfairly by the store employee or something just so they can get some free shit. I once was there and a middleasten muslim man working a kiosk just all of a sudden pulled out a rug and kneeled down on it and started bowing, bowing towards Mecca I suppose, as I was walking past him. I got out of there so quick, I didn't know what was going on in the moment, he was chanting something, I thought maybe he had a bomb he was going to detonate or something, and I ran out of there so quick. Place is a nightmare. I grew up in Chicago and there has never been in any mall in Chicago the types of shit that happen at MOA, and I've been to all of them.
