Regardless of them, you should be renting right now and investing your money on higher yield assets. Owning a house is a liability. I think these guys know the average dork hates them and that they’ll behave like children when given advice and do the opposite of that they say. @@JeDxDeVu When the interest rates drop one percentage point, the market is going to go crazy to buy. So think what you will (for the short term) but just watch when the rate goes down just a little. There are not enough homes available in the market now and people are wary of purchasing in some markets anyway so it doesn't matter. No one knows when it will happen but the demand is building and market is getting ready.
