@@MrAhnassi They should add flags that you can carry. I don’t think these flags should have any certain effects, maybe a flag that is held by another player might give you a faster reload speed or something like that.

Love the anthem! Originally, I thought this would’ve belonged to the colonials but I think it actually suits the wardens more based on the lore. Also, Dev man, allow us to build flag poles for our faction and maybe even have hand held ones. Mic spammers can play the anthems while holding the military’s flag

That's already coded into the game actually. We've played capture the flag during the foxhole festival before. Sadly the population is too big nowadays to hold foxhole festivals (minigames on separate shard once a year)

@@sirboomsalot4902 they kinda do actually, armies evolve to weapons of mass destruction that turn each other's infrastructure into ruin (in-game example- late-game nukes that end wars), which also happens to engineering facilities with valuable footprints, thats how techs of both armies get lost and both get into "dark ages"

Stirring. I especially like the fact when on the home island the anthems are distorted and grainy near the speakers. Gives that sense of being just one fool among thousands who will give their life for a cause that might not really be worth dying for. A hint at the brutality of war.

A war weary Caoivish soldier from the snowy northern mountains, is sitting in the ruins of Sunhaven. They've seen so much violence, felt so much pain. They had fought through the whole snowy night, lost so many friends, to hold this pile of rubble. Yet as the sun rises and the first warm rays of light gently caress their features, the corner of their mouth lifts faintly. - - - - - "The ancient Warden Capital was named Sunhaven, before it became the Abandoned Ward. Caoivish religion prays to Father Sun. The Warden Anthem is called "Dreaming of the Sun". Wars are at their core always about power and wealth. But one should never forget that it's rarely those who will profit from either, who actually fight and win these wars. You haven't listened to the Welsh, Scottish or Irish anthem. All of these 3 are instrumentals because the lyrics are either lost or in Gaelic or Celtic. I'm pretty sure some creative lads will make lyrics to this particular song later on!

@@whitefalcon630 The issue isn't the lack of lyrics, but the fact that this doesn't have a melodic line like a song would have. If people were to add lyrics to this they'd have to add a melody for most of the track.

I deployed in deadlands yesterday on the Abel shard, We were pushed almost all the way back to the relic base, and I heard at least 15 machinegunners constantly firing towards the enemy and the enemy had just as many, we constantly charged and they counter charged us with bayonets and grenades, there was screaming mayhem and chaos and thousands were dying every hour, the roads were littered with blood and dead bodies, we were cut off from logi at least 4 times, but one guy was constantly just mic-spamming this and we rallied around and held the fort for hours defiantly pushing back rebuilding every pillbox they destroyed and putting a machine gun nest at every corner.
