Not from a military non comm or officer either. That’s part of the deal when u sign up. No one is forced. U take ORDERS and he was ordered to stay off SM and he didn’t. that is disobeying a direct order. he was required to undergo a mental health exam and when he repeated his BS again he was arrested. Private citizens r not the same as MILITARY and they don’t have the same freedoms PERIOD A

As a former Marine myself while I appreciate his sentiment, it was not his place to do that. It is the epitome conduct unbecoming and he deserves what's coming to him. This is of course a hard position to take because I agree with him. Furthermore, you need to realize this man is not exactly friendly to conservatives and beginning to look more like a grifter than a Marine that really wants accountability. Of course this is just one Marine's opinion

Ironically while on active duty you defend the Constitution but it doesn't apply to you (UCMJ does) ,and those it applies to can't use force to defend it. Now he is guilty. When you wear that uniform you can not make unauthorized public statements UCMJ.
