When you put activator rails you have to put Redstone torches next to rails if turn just put regular rail

there is some erands in this vid 1.used eggsto spawn chuckens should have used chucken spawn eggs or /summon 2.thepowered rails werent activated 3.a redstone torch beside a normal rail 4.using redstone torch for light
