Interesting discussion around rank & investing in defenders. I agree with Mark as rank matters a lot when it comes to the decision & my tweet where I said it was madness to inject cash into defence was largely because I'm 15k & can't see the benefit of selling Haaland & Salah now for expensive defenders who I'd need to take hits for to get Haaland/salah back.

Had Solanke (since GW13 when I sold Alvarez) and had Archer 1st sub (2pts). Was 435k before the auto subs, but now I am 535k! -7pts (9-2) and 100k down 😑 oh well still a green overall though

I was sat at 51k with no Solanke before the points were scrubbed. Then I dropped to 60k all said and done, plenty of bench jam at this rank it seems!
