About the speaker: On January 11, 2004, Fr. Benedict Groeschel, founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, internationally recognized author, EWTN host and respected Catholic psychologist, was struck by a car while crossing the street in downtown Orlando, Florida. In the weeks that followed, Fr. Benedict nearly died three times. Years later, Fr. Benedict continues to tirelessly serve Christ through his ministry to those most in need.
