Using the term "review of financial statements" can be misleading to the client because only CPAs can offer Review services. Imagine the confusion of a client who is looking for financing and the lender says they need reviewed financials. The client has it in writing and has paid a non-CPA fractional CFO to perform these "reviews", which are not even considered reviews. I understand what you mean. I am a CPA. It just may be confusing to clients.
