Funny enough, my ex girlfriends father gifted me Decibel for Christmas one year. He didn’t really like me much and I think that gift should have been the hint I needed. Still keep it in my collection for a laugh, especially knowing how hated it is in the community.

The real problem about CK Free is that it lasts about 15 minutes. That’s it. Having said that, it is a great simple fragrance for those days you Just want to smell a bit nice.

I‘m the person who will remember CK Free, even miss it. I like the combination of juniper and exotic fruitiness contrasted by tobacco and soft leather. And yes, I do smell all those notes in there.

Dolce Gabanna The One EDP should be on the list because inspite of its amazing scent....it’s longevity is a scam. It lasts about 1 hour.....unless it’s sprayed on cloth. The “one”....gee...I wonder why it’s called that!

Finally something I’m happy to read. I like THE ONE & it lasts on my skin. So much other stuff I like more doesn’t last in my skin. All my spring citrusy bergamot pineapple fragrances don’t last in my skin . All the gourmand cinnamon vanilla tonka tobacco frags last for hours and hours with 2 sprays

I love Decibel and I should say the bottle is amazing. I assume something is wrong with you bottle but I have been using it since 2011 and it is amazing. It smells like licorice and it is wonderful. Unfortunately, it was discontinued but I have two more bottles left in my drawer

Was thinking the same. My Decibel sprays fine, it's just awkward holding and spraying due to the design. Will recheck as it has been a while. The scent for me is more along the lines of something "goth" in my opinion, not really up my alley.

I bought CK Free @ ROSS'S for cheap sprayed on in the parking lot . I went to H.E B. afterwards to grocery shop as I was leaving out this older woman asked is that you I smell? She liked it, I wasn't really impressed with it, I thought it was too light of a fragrance. I was shocked I got a compliment from it.

I remembered testing Davidoff champion a decade ago. I don't remember how it smells like any more but i remembered my immediate reaction to it as the salesgirl sprayed it on the back of my hand. Before I could control myself, I grimaced my face and let out a Eeuw at her. I am usually emotionally very controlled. That reaction surprised both of us. 😂

I’m wearing Alien Man Fusion while watching this video and I can see where he says coffee steam. At first I smelled burnt rubber but at the drydown it becomes a warm spicy scent. I even had a female relative smell it and even she liked it

I actually love davidoff champion. I find it citrusy and masculine in the same way BRUTE or old spice have uber masculine scents. I think it’s a great gym fragrance but if you know off something that smells like davidoff champion but just better executed I’d love to find out!

Do not let ANYONE make you think twice about what you like or love. I actually picked up a 1.7 ounce bottle of Champion recently since I wanted to get more familiar with what Davidoff has in their line and feel the same way as you...love it! I know it has a synthetic citrus blast opening but once it hits the heart and base notes I am kind of impressed the way this fragrance is put together☺

Yes, Davidoff champion sold rather well here in my country. didn't even know that it was rated bad by people until I saw this video. I guess each of our olfactory sense are unique. Personally haven't tried it but might as well just get a decant to know why people hate it/love it

I had CK Free a few years ago, got it heavily discounted and I realised very quickly why. It reminded me of a typical cheap aquatic, woodsy fragrance from the 90s, but without anything to grab your attention.

I have a modest collection of fragrances. I just could not agree with your takedown of CK Free EDT. Yes, it is too light and I wished that they did an EDP version. The scent is my favourite by far, and I have received more complements on that one than any other. The first bottle I bought was great. It was soon used up. I then bought two tester bottles off a discount site. The scent was correct but they were just totally watered down. A too light EDT that's been watered down is a bit of a disaster. And I suspect that's what you have got there: a watered down, adulterated concoction. I have a 200 ml bottle of One Million parfum (not ellixr); I really wish that I had not bought so much this overly sweet and rather feminine scent.

The general public is very different than the fragrance community, I thought Jimmy Choo Man was a huge let down because of the performance, but the girl at the perfume store in the mall said it was one of their biggest sellers. I think most people buy what they see in advertising campaigns with actors as the face of the fragrance

I wear Polo Red Rush with confidence. It performs well on my skin and I actually get compliments when I wear it. Definitely doesn't deserve the hate that it gets.

And Polo Green, the classic masterpiece, the only one of such pedigree in the Polo line, is rated below 4.0 on Fragrantica. Unbelievable. But roses are red, violets are blue, and noses are different too.

I actually love D&G The One Sport. IMO it is one of the most definitively clean, masculine, gentlemanly sport fragrances you could own. I never quite understood the hate directed toward it- are people mad bc it is best suited for short-lived sport related scenarios? Let us not forget that “Sport” is listed in the title. It’s a sophisticated, fresh/clean sport fragrance - that’s it... Great vid as always👍

Silence the sea -by Strangelove NYC. ABSOLUTE HORRID!!!! I was super excited to get a Strangelove NYC discovery set, until I got to the “Silence the Sea” what on earth were they thinking when this was released. By far the worst I’ve ever come across.
