@@catherineaustin2 maybe just a special movie.. usually reboots don't match the original. But would be nice if they have one last show though 🥰🥰 Maybe have all the characters show up and have an update on every body. C.c and niles with there child. Fran and Mr. Shiefield rasinsg trying to jungle the twins and while maintaining Gracie and Brighton. Then have yetta Come in to to crash the party mistaking the twins as one person!😂 aaa sorry I'm rambling on Oh and don't forget about Margret with her bf of course

Yeah - the wonderful world of make-up and plastic surgery, I would presume... She looks more unnatural now than back then even. I loved the series, but this obsession with looking 29 until you die is not my thing...

I liked the Nanny show. I like Fran Drescher’s on screen persona, both while acting and interviewing. She definitely looks older to me, and especially her voice sounds scratchier. She admits that she’s gained weight since her time in the show, so that is another marker. That being said, she carries her age & even the (normal range) extra weight extremely well.

Seeing this, Fran drescher could easily play The Nanny again in a reboot of some kind and she wouldn't miss a beat. I say that because, she was asked about playing the role again in a reboot and she joked and said that she's too old to play the character again, that somebody else would have to take over the part or if she did it again,, it would have to be renamed ,"The Granny" I wholeheartedly disagree. She looks amazing and we all know she hasn't lost her comedic timing and everything that made the show great. Seeing this was a nice treat. Looking forward to part two!

I agree!! Fran could absolutely still play The Nanny! And even if doing a reboot isn't in the cards, Fran could do a stand-up routine in character as Fran Fine and I think it would be a smashing success!!!

I watched the entire series in chronological order when HBO Max started showing it and I started right back with season 1 a few days ago after finishing the 6th season. The show never gets old.

The thing I lime the best about the show is all the cast members stayed until the end. That includes Sylvia, Yetta and Val. Great dynamics.

ever since I started this show in 2010 (I know…late bloomer) I could not stop watching it! I probably went through the entire series about 15 to 20 times. I‘m 23 right now, it never get‘s old, and I know for sure that it never will. I won‘t die until my kids have watched every episode at least twice

I love that they got Fran to do this Q&A! Ever since I found The Nanny on HBO Max I watch it daily! Be it as back ground noise in the house, laughs and smiles, or when I go to bed. It’s even funnier than I remember it. Anyway, I’m so glad I found the show, because it’s hard to find on any other platform, I can’t even buy it digitally on Amazon. Hopefully one day I can buy the seasons to keep in my cloud!!

I recently rewatched the entire series on HBO Max (which is why this video ended up in my recommended I guess) and it's amazing how clever it was, and how even with the suuuuper dated costumes the show is timeless. Fran and everyone involved in the show really gave us a gift.

Fran how do I thank you. You helped me in the darkest times of my life my divorce, betrayal, abandonment etc. I love wearing colors and somehow I sense some shame in wearing bright colors. Seeing you gave me the confidence to buy and wear as bright as possible contrary to mean remarks and comments

I started watching The nanny when I was a teenager.. there were many jokes I couldn't understand back then , and her backstrories of each event.. lol.. still I was fascinated by her charisma and overall acting.. as I have grown older and watched The nanny (entire season) for like zillion times, I still LOVE to watch the series over and over again! The series always cheers me up whenever I feel down. Beside "Friends", this is the 2nd one I can always re-watch :)

Literally one of my most favorite people I've looked up to my whole life. I grew up with The Nanny (I was essentially Gracie's age throughout its run), watched reruns on Nick at Nite throughout high school and college, and have always turned to it in times when I need comfort and stability. Her books were the first celebrity memoirs I ever read and she taught me at a young age how to advocate for my health as a woman. And I'm so excited that she's the new SAG-AFTRA president; I can only imagine everything she's going to achieve in this role. Thank you so much, Fran!

She’s so adorable, lovable and beautiful. I haven’t watched this show since the 90’s but I’ve been really enjoying a few of the episodes they’ve posted on this channel. I think I’ll actually go watch the whole series on Prime now. Just good clean fun, with a strong, funny, clever leading lady.
