An extra $100 G's to Bill if he can engage with Fran, and keep eye contact without constantly fiddling with all his stuff. His focus stays on more ice, moving this glass over there, that bottle over here, looking for matches, lighting his cigar, pouring the drink, oops, time for more ice, getting a refill, the cigar needs another light, where is the ice!!! ... "now, where were we?"

Fran was the politest guest on this show that I have seen. So many of Bill's guests speak over him and he speaks over them, creating an unpleasant hearing situation for me. Fran allowed Bill to finish his sentences and he allowed her. Very pleasant to watch. Lastly, she is worth listening to.

I was raised the same, and I am Gen X. As a child, I would be quickly escorted out of the room if the adults were talking. A look was all it took to stop me dead in my tracks. I LOVE Ms. Lebowitz! I've always thought running into her on the street would be so awesome. I think this is my Favorite episode.

Nowadays kids can use every profanity in the book and threaten adults whenever they want because punishing them is racist.

A Story about Travis Kalanick, not seeing taxi driver, and not knowing the name Travis Bickle, is sheer ironic perfection. Love you Fran.

Really??? Listen to it again she harasses a guy then picks on him for not knowing the name from a movie that came out over 10 years before he was born... We are also talking about Taxi Driver not exactly a good or positive movie... I like taxi driver am into film and get it's value. But noone is missing any part of life by not seeing it. Not to mention that guy has created multiple companies

Ya but she's willfully iggnorant to hold onto her political like religious beliefs. Republicans volunteer more and give more to charity. The vaccine provides zero immunity. All the race ghettos are run by the Democrats. She's desperate to defend her sacred cow

Bill ... the University of Phoenix has online courses that teach how to focus on the other person in conversation. How to listen without rudely interrupting, how not to fidget with your stuff etc. to at least show real or even feigned interest. The courses are reasonably priced. (You're welcome!)

I appreciate you sharing this Angel - you are so courageous to share your story without sugar coating. This is a clear example of how we should not assume when we see such beautiful, intelligent persons and think they must have the best life. I agree that mental health is definitely an area that needs more focus. I wish you health, peace, happiness and JOY! ❤ ✌️ and Blessings, always.

I home schooled my kids. They knew things they should have, learned beyond the requirements, and accumulated life skills as well. Everyday tasks were some kind of lesson. Ie: math/budgeting /healthy eating choices, while shopping. Home school is producing more intelligence than any indoctrination station can.
