If he was a high risk prisoner, WHY was he only transported with ONE escort vehicle, and a NORMAL PRISIONER VAN NOT THE BULLETPROOF ONES, and HOW did his gang find out which route he would be on from prison to prison, as he tried to escape on sunday by cutting his cell bars???? Something is very fishy with this one. Theres more armed police escorting the banks money, and watching those get into the water to come here.

This is like something off a Hollywood action movie. This kind of thing seldom happens in real life - and NEVER in Western Europe. French internal security really dropped the ball on this. Surely the prison authorities or police picked up whispers about something big on the horizon?
