The baking class looks nice. French pastries are always so nice and delicate. They turned out really well, nice one. The speakeasy tour looks like fun.

The pastries were delicious. It was nice to see how delicate the baker worked making them. Glad I could learn how to do so as well. And they were delicious. Probably the best I’ve had! Thanks for watching!

I'm also a solo traveler, so it's always refreshing to find other fearless solo travelers. People think we are crazy lol. I would love to see a video of you breaking down how you put your itinerary together and the costs. France is on my list. It looks like you made full use of your time there. Love it 💎

I hear it rains a lot in Europe but I like the rain. 😂 It’s very relaxing. The cooking class looked super fun. The architecture is so amazing there. I can’t wait to visit.

In France and Spain, I know they have a rainy season which is in November. But other parts of the year that is not the experience. Now London/UK is known for it raining a lot. But overall the weather is pretty similar to the US when it comes to rain. Obviously different parts of the continent vary. And the cooking class was a grand time! Thanks for watching!

@KitatheExplorer

Yes it helps with the layering of the dough while cooking as it keeps the moisture in the croissant instead of evaporating which is what happens when it goes directly to the oven. It’s not the end of the world but it will be a different outcome.

Haven’t been to Paris. I would love to visit there someday. I’m just not sure a solo traveller, like if I try, I would stay in the hotel the whole time 🤣🤣 Do you plan your itinerary before reaching your destination or you just let it flow once you get there.

I always recommend when traveling solo for the first time to do something near home where you feel comfortable going to places but aren’t in your home. That will let you know if you could do it or not. And yes I usually plan my trip especially when it comes to classes and such. But I don’t plan the entire trip to allow for some random moments and wandering. Thanks for watching!
I ate only pastries in PARIS for 3 days! Live or die but try these bakeries
